At the end of January of 2021, we were in Portugal about coming into a second lockdown. Not as strict as the first one, but still, lots of rules in the atmosphere. Rita Vilhena invited me to facilitate together this 'Lab For Future Contacts'.
For two months we met every Saturday with a fixed group of people. We developed an exploration on the practice based in the reflections of some texts written by the initiatiors of the Contact Improvisation Movement.
We were around 15 people sharing the same space, looking at each other, touching our bodies, playing together, bringing awareness to our physical structure, to the sense of touch, to our limitations, boundaries, resistance, resilience, wildness, dizziness, responsibility...
